Q1: I understand this is a private and exclusive country club, and guest admission is by invitation only. I am interested to apply for a membership to Clearwater Country Club, but it would be great if I could visit the facilities this week. Can you make some arrangements to accommodate us?

Q2: My company would like to conduct team-building exercises for about 50-80 persons. Clearwater Country Club is obviously the ideal venue for this event, not only because of its serene and beautiful facilities but also because it is so accessible from our office in Manila. How can we make arrangements to hold this exercise in Clearwater?

Q3: I hope I can have my wedding in Clearwater Country Club. I plan to invite about 200 persons. I am not a member yet. Is there any way that you can help me with this?

Q4: I am very interested to become a member of Clearwater Country Club. How much is a membership share for an individual? We are 5 in a family and our children are aged 12, 15 and 21. Will my children be entitled to use the facilities also?

Q5: I am a member of another club in the vicinity. I am very disappointed with the management and the quality of the amenities of that club after I compared it to what I saw in Clearwater Country Club. I wish I could “trade in” my share of that club to buy a membership of Clearwater. Is there any trade-in arrangement?

Q6: My family loved what they saw in Clearwater Country Club. We loved the ambience and couldn’t help but feel we were out of the country. The only thing missing for me personally is golf. Is there a plan to develop a golf course for the club?

Ans :  Clearwater Country Club does accommodate requests for team building activities and events in selected portions of the facilities, subject to the condition that other members are not unduly disturbed by these activities. In general, a member will sponsor such an event. There are at least five areas that are well suited to these outdoor events. For more information, continue to review our web site and email in your requirements.

Ans :  Clearwater Country Club has played host to more than a few weddings. Because of its serene and idyllic setting, it has the perfect ambience. It is a pity that you are not yet a member. Perhaps you can find a member who will sponsor you as a guest.

Ans :  An Individual Share at Clearwater Country Club is PhP320,000. As part of the benefits of being a Member, your Dependents shall be your Spouse and children below 21 years of age. Therefore, your 2 children will be considered Dependents while your 21 year old will be regarded as a Guest whenever he/she comes to the Club accompanied by yourself, the Member.

Ans :  Golf is not part of the Clearwater lifestyle as it is conceived. Having said that, we do offer a Golf putting green and a grass miniature golf putting course. Within 5 minutes away from Clearwater Country Club are 36 holes of championship golf (Mimosa Golf Club) for those who like to include golf in a lifestyle of leisure and relaxation.
